Creamy Strawberry Balsamic Toast
INGREDIENTS
4 slices rustic bread, toasted
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh cracked pepper (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread ricotta evenly over toasted bread. Top with sliced strawberries, drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey, and finish with a light sprinkle of cracked pepper. Serve as a light dessert, brunch bite, or Valentine’s-inspired treat.
