July reminded us exactly why the South Dade Chamber of Commerce exists: to connect people, celebrate progress, and create opportunities for our business community to grow stronger together.
From the Race to the Fourth at Homestead-Miami Speedway to Military Appreciation Day at the Marlins, this month reflected the pride, service, and community spirit that make South Dade so special. We also gathered for our Monthly Luncheon, Freedom to Thrive, where we celebrated the journey of South Dade—from farmland and small towns to a thriving, resilient business community built by people who took risks, stayed rooted, and believed in what this region could become.
We continued building connections through SDCC Night at NU Stadium, celebrated new growth with the DR Horton grand opening and ribbon cutting in Homestead, and closed the month with Chamber After Dark at JJ’s Cuisine.
Each event told a different part of the same story: South Dade is growing, moving, and full of opportunity. As we continue this new chapter at the Chamber, our focus remains on member visibility, meaningful connection, and celebrating the businesses and leaders shaping the future of our community.
South Dade is not just growing—it is moving forward with pride, perseverance, and purpose.
