Our August Coffee & Commerce @ the beautiful Healing Sanctuary featured Jaime Hernandez, FPEM- Emergency Manager for the City of Homestead, for a timely conversation on hurricane preparedness, emergency planning, and the importance of being ready before any kind of emergency.
Jaime also shared insight into the broader work happening throughout the City and the evolving role of emergency management in keeping businesses, residents, and the community informed and prepared.
It was a valuable morning of practical information, community connection, and a closer look at the work happening behind the scenes to keep South Dade resilient.
