Homestead is holding its State of the City address later this month, and residents are invited. There is one catch: you have to sign up first.
Mayor Steven D. Losner will give the 2026 address, called Homestead Forward, on Tuesday, September 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Homestead City Hall.
The talk covers the progress, projects and plans moving the city ahead. The city says people will get a look at what is happening right now, what is coming next, and how Homestead is working to build a stronger community.
Afterward there is a reception, where you can talk with city leadership, community partners and other residents. That part is often more useful than the speech.
