Chapman Partnership helps men, women and children who are homeless get back on their feet. It offers a safe place to stay plus health care, job training, schooling help and family programs. It has a center in Homestead and one in downtown Miami. People needing help should first call the county Homeless Helpline at 1-877-994-4357.
