Labor Day weekend gives us four days, and South Dade has something on most of them. Here are five real things to do between Friday and Monday.

Karaoke Night at Losner Park

Friday, Sept. 4, 6 to 9 p.m.
Losner Park, 104 N. Krome Ave., Homestead

Free open-air karaoke in downtown Homestead, put on by the city. Bring a chair, and bring a song.

Bill Sadowski Park, 17555 SW 79th Ave., Palmetto Bay

Her Market at Pinecrest Gardens

Saturday, Sept. 5, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 Red Road, Pinecrest

A pop-up market of women-owned brands, makers and booksellers set up inside the garden. It only runs on select Saturdays, so this is one of the few chances this fall.
