Downtown Homestead has been singing this summer. On Saturday, July 25 at 8:00 PM, the Seminole Theatre hosts the closing night of “In the Heights,” Lin-Manuel Miranda’s joyful, Tony-winning musical.

The show tells the story of a close-knit neighborhood full of music, dancing, and big dreams. It’s a story about what it means to call a place home, and it lands especially well in a community like ours.

The historic Seminole Theatre sits at 18 North Krome Avenue in the heart of downtown Homestead. Catching a show there is a great excuse to make a night of it: dinner on Krome Avenue first, then the theater.

Tickets are $31 and available through the Seminole Theatre box office. With just one performance left, this is the weekend to go.
