Grab your camera, or just your phone. All August long, Zoo Miami guests of all ages can snap photos of their favorite animals and share them with the hashtag #SnappedAtZM for a chance to win prizes.
The prizes are the stuff of animal lovers’ dreams, including a Galapagos tortoise encounter and a family membership.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 29, too. That’s a special Photography Day with animal enrichment moments across the zoo, which means lots of active, playful animals to photograph.
The contest runs August 1 through 31 during regular zoo hours and is included with zoo admission. Want a head start? Local legend Ron Magill leads an early-morning photo walk on August 1 that kicks off the contest month.
